Baby massage is a wonderful skill to learn. It enhances connection with your baby and helps you relax them more fully, It can also continue to be used as they grow older.
Best time to join
This course is ideal for your baby’s early months, between 4 weeks and 5/6 months (until baby is crawling) and great for when you are on maternity or papa leave.
Meet other new parents
There will be space to share experiences as well as discuss issues relevant to your new life as a parent. This is a wonderful way of learning and increasing your own confidence.

Week 2: Sleep & Lullabies.
Week 3: Intuition & Navigating Advice.
Week 4: Wrapping & Chatting
Babies will be babies
And that is okay!
We know that babies can be unpredictable and need feeding when they decide they need feeding and cry at unplanned moments.
We aim to create a relaxed atmosphere of acceptance where these things are possible and we go with the flow and remain flexible.
